North Carolina Alumni Chapter Meeting, Thursday, July 19th at 7:00 pm
Greetings fellow Antiochians!
The North Carolina Alumni Chapter invites you to join us on Thursday, July 19th at 7:00 pm for a special event! We will be hosting special guests Arthur Zucker, Chair of the Antioch University Board of Trustees, and Risa Grimes, Director of Institutional Advancement for Antioch College.
We are very pleased to have them join us and we anticipate a lively and informative evening. For those of you who may have missed the reunion, this would be an excellent opportunity to get the scoop on what’s behind the University Board’s decision to close the doors at Antioch and make your voice heard. Anyone is welcome to join us for this meeting; you do not have to be from the NC area. If need be, we may be able to scare up a couch for someone to crash on if you have a long way to come to get here. The main thing is… BE here!

I definitely suggest printing the directions, since for whatever reason, many mapping programs have trouble with this address. Here is a nice and reasonably priced hotel that is one exit down from the Sigma Xi center, which I have stayed in before:

please keep me informed about developments toward keeping the college open. I recently moved to western NC. Are there antiochians in the wnc counties?
what are indivudual alumni doing prior to meeting on 8/25?
